Belvoir Lettings was founded in 1995 by Wing Commander Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie. They wanted to develop a professional, yet personal residential lettings service that exceeded the expectations of landlords and tenants.
Since that time Belvoir has grown beyond all expectations and is now recognised as an award-winning franchisor, with over 150 offices nationwide and a 20+ franchise support team based at Central Office in Grantham.
Phil Collett, director of Belvoir Lettings in Bury and Oldham, understood the importance of reliable phone and broadband connections to the successful running of his franchises.
Property details have to be regularly uploaded to the company website and other letting portals and tenants and landlords expect to be able to get through on the phone when they are enquiring about letting or renting a property.

With the phone and broadband contracts for the Holcombe Brook franchise coming up for renewal, Phil met with Datatel Solutions’ Jonathan Walker to discuss his options and find the right solution for his business.
